In the "Bravery Boxes" children and teenage patients of the Children's Hospital can find additional encouragement to overcome the often scary or unpleasant medical procedures. Also, children can get presents if they have to stay at the hospital during any holidays or special celebrations!
DonateWhether the children come to the hospital for one visit or stay for a longer period, whether it is a child or almost an adult, they are all the bravest and greatest superheroes. For each procedure, they deserve a small reward, which they can find in the Bravery Box. Children can choose an award for their courage and for a moment forget the pain, fear and worry.
Sometimes courage is not only to overcome the procedure, but simply to be away from home, especially if during hospitalization the child has a special life event - birthday or name day, Christmas or other holidays. We want to take care and surprise our patients to minimize the feelings of loneliness and sadness during special events!
To keep our "year-round Santa's sack" full of gifts for all ages and occasions, we invite you to donate to our special program to help us always be ready to welcome, reward and delight our brave hearts.
