On Friday, 16 September, the Baltic Haematology Conference took place in Riga, comprising a separate programme for paediatric haemato oncologists from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Finland, Hungary and Sweden, supported by the Children's Hospital Foundation.
"The Baltic Haematology Conference is organised every other year. All doctors appreciate the opportunity to meet their peers and share experience. This is common knowledge that in haemato oncology the implementation of novelties and therapy enhancements is a topical issue, and each patient's case is a very valuable source of information to any haemato oncologist", Dr. Žanna Kovaļova from the CCUH recognizes the role of the conference.
